At A Woman's Choice in North Carolina, we provide high-quality, supportive care to our patients, and we are looking for a skilled medical professional to join our collaborative team. What You'll Do Patient Care & Support: Guide patients through their visits and procedures, providing physical comfort, emotional support, and vital information. Clinical Excellence: Assist physicians with medical and surgical procedures, review patient health histories and consents, and administer routine or emergency medications as directed. Team Collaboration: Communicate precisely with physicians and staff to ensure seamless daily patient flow and maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment. After-Hours Care: Share on-call duties on a rotating schedule (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) to support our patients when they need us most. What We're Looking For Licensure: Active nursing license in the state of North Carolina. Mission Alignment: A strong commitment to the values of A Woman's Choice and a firm support for abortion access. Clinical Skills: Experience in reproductive health and assisting with medical/surgical abortions is highly preferred. Training in a fast-paced medical environment is a major plus. Core Strengths: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Flexibility & Team Spirit: Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, welcomes new challenges, and can adapt quickly to changing needs.
