Ready Mix Drivers

Job Description

Ready Mix Drivers are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of ready mix concrete in a mixed delivery environment. They operate vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety standards, navigating routes, and maintaining a professional demeanor during moderate customer interactions. Shifts typically range from 8 to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

Operate ready mix concrete delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
Navigate assigned routes to ensure timely deliveries
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Manage loading and unloading procedures for the concrete mix
Interact moderately with customers, maintaining professionalism
Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in commercial driving
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Knowledge of commercial driving and safety procedures
Strong time management skills
Customer service experience
