Client Service Representative

Pawfect Shine is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Client Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping pet owners, communicating with customers, and creating a welcoming experience for both clients and their pets.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments
- Assist with pet check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer routine questions regarding grooming services and salon procedures
- Communicate customer requests and pet care instructions to grooming staff
- Maintain accurate client and appointment information
- Process customer payments and provide receipts
- Support the front desk and daily salon operations as needed
- Provide a consistently positive experience for clients and their pets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with dogs and their owners
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be available to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA
