Pay: $20.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Broken Arrow, OK 74012
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping. This Warehouse Specialist role ensures materials are accurately processed, stored, and prepared for shipment while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. The ideal Warehouse Specialist is organized, dependable, and experienced in warehouse and material handling operations.

Required Experience & Skills
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes and documentation
• Ability to use tools such as drills, nail guns, table saws, and measuring tape
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Process and package shipments for LTL and UPS Ground
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory accurately
• Perform hydro testing and painting of products as required
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage and accuracy
• Pick, verify, and fulfill customer orders
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety standards, and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S practices)
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
• Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse operations

• Warehouse and manufacturing environment
• Exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, and equipment
• Physically demanding role requiring lifting, standing, and movement throughout shift
• PPE required at all times
