Job Title Jr. Digital Marketing Coordinator Location Orlando, FL 32819 (Onsite 4x per week, Fridays remote) Duration 3-6 Month Contract with possible extension Pay Range $23/ - $25/hr. on W2 Job Description We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator to support digital marketing initiatives for Vacations' rentals eCommerce team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1-3 years of experience) who has a foundational understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), email campaigns, and digital promotions. Key Responsibilities Support execution of search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives (paid and organic search) Assist with email marketing campaigns, including creation, scheduling, and performance tracking Help coordinate and promote digital campaigns (e.g., events, offers, seasonal promotions) Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and campaign goals Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting insights Assist in website content updates and basic SEO optimization efforts Help ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and aligned with business priorities About Dexian Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
