Summary:

- Must have a minimum of three years experience in a conglomerate ICU unit with medical, surgical, and cardiovascular experience. - Must have the ability to float in between the critical care service line which encompasses ICU and step down. - Credentials and Licensure: - License: Nursys, License/Certificate Verification required for submission. - Certifications: Nursys, License/Certificate Verification. - Various health screenings and exams required for onboarding, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and a 12 Panel Drug Screen. - Professional documentation such as Driver's License/State ID, two professional references, and a criminal background check required. - Ascension specific onboarding elements such as Specialty Exam, Core Competencies, EKG Exam, Epic Test-Out, and Skills Checklist required. - Education and employment verification for onboarding. - Some optional submissions for hire include an influenza vaccine, positive PPD-negative chest X-ray, annual TB questionnaire, health statement, and badge photo.
