Seeking a nanny for my 3 years old child from October 1st

We are currently looking for a nanny for our 3-year-old child starting October 1st. Schedule & Hours:

• Days/Time: Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM (flexible).
• Future Potential: As trust is established, hours may optionally expand to 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM to include preschool pickup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with his post-lunch nap routine (he naps for up to 2 hours, which will be your free time).
• Keep him safe and engaged through reading, crafts, games, and basic English and social skills practice.

Requirements: - Fluency in English (we speak Korean at home and want to prepare him for TK next year). We prefer to start with a one-week trial before committing long-term so both sides can ensure it is a good mutual fit.
