Commercial Project Manager

They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of high-budget construction projects. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans Oversee contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams Monitor project financial performance, cost controls, forecasting, and reporting Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders Identify and proactively resolve project challenges, risks, and scheduling conflicts Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress and performance Support business development efforts and assist with estimating, bidding, and preconstruction activities as needed Mentor Assistant Project Managers and project support staff to foster professional development and project success Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced construction environment Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Experience with project management and construction software platforms Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders What’s Offered Competitive compensation package Excellent health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits Performance-based bonus opportunities Clear path for career advancement and leadership development Opportunity to manage large-scale, high-profile commercial construction projects Collaborative team environment with strong executive support and mentorship Long-term stability with a growing and respected industry leader #J-18808-Ljbffr Centurion Selection
