Assistant Salon Manager

This is not just a financial investment for us - we are passionately involved and are very enthusiastic about the opportunities we all have in front of us to improve and grow Responsibilities: - Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, hair styling, coloring. - Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology to ensure high-quality service. - Sanitize and maintain all tools and equipment used during services. - Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations. - Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue. - Mentor junior cosmetologists and assist with their professional development. - Maintain a clean and organized work station. Qualifications: - Valid cosmetology license in IL. - Proven experience as a cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of satisfied clients. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and updos. - Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques. - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other salon professionals. - Strong retail sales skills to promote salon products. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
