Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You’re a healer and a helper, able to design a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances physical abilities. You’re adaptable to patient needs and enjoy the variety of settings. You’re a teammate, collaborating with peers and making referrals to ensure patient care. You’re a teacher who can train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you! Qualifications Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in a Physical Therapy related field with Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
