TruHome Solutions in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Mortgage Loan Specialist to monitor, maintain, and process Special Loan products including ARMs, Balloons, MERS, SCRA, and HELOCs. You will verify ARM data, run ARM calculations, process and reconcile MERS reports, monitor balloon loans, and manage construction-to-permanent loans while delivering excellent service to borrowers.
