Healthcare Account Manager

Responsibilities: Respond to and develop inbound sales opportunities, qualifying customer needs, coordinating appointments and production demonstrations by phone, email and virtual communication, consistently following up to move opportunities forward. Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and consistent follow-up within assigned healthcare markets. Conduct virtual product demonstrations and periodically travel to customer sites, trade shows, dealer locations, and key end-user accounts to demonstrate equipment and support sales opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare customers, dealers, manufacturers, referral partners, and industry contacts. Manage customer activity, opportunities, follow-up, and pipeline information within the CRM to ensure consistent communication and organization. Represent ProCare Medical professionally while supporting trade shows, customer events, showroom visits, and other sales and marketing initiatives. Qualifications: 1-3 years of sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable managing inbound sales opportunities while also using outbound calls and prospecting to develop new business. Organized with strong time management skills Comfortable spending the majority of the workweek managing sales activity by phone, email, and virtual meetings, with approximately 10-15% travel.
