As a Customer Service Rep, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' experiences and contribute to our company's success.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide one call resolution for customer inquiries and issues
- Utilize call center experience to assist customers with service sales
- Handle inbound calls and emails related to bathroom remodeling products
- Adhere to service standards and provide excellent customer support
- Ensure asset protection by restocking and processing orders accurately
Required Skills:
- Experience in customer service with a focus on complaint resolution
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow first in, first out procedures
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with order processing and payment processing
- Knowledge of merchandising and loading/unloading products
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in baking or food service industry
- Knowledge of claims processing and resolution
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $34,470.00
Maximum Salary: $47,410.00
