Responsible to Director of Medical/Telemetry Unit. Qualifications Education Required Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Preferred Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing or related field. Training and Experience Current licensure with the Texas Board of Nursing Examiners. American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider. ACLS certification within 6 months of employment. PALS certification within 12 months of employment. ONS training/certification for Chemotherapy Administration preferred. 1 year previous experience preferred.
