As a Security Officer Patrol in SEDALIA, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.25 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Tue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and/or vendors, verify credentials as required, and report policy violations, suspicious activity, and/or operational concerns. Support security‑related operations in a food and beverage environment by observing production, warehouse, and shipping and/or receiving areas for irregular activity and communicating issues according to post orders. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
