Job Title: LCSW Location: Onawa, Iowa Schedule: 8:00AM - 4:00PM x 5 Term: Permanent Salary : $60000.00 - $75000.00 Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a LCSW for a permanent assignment in Onawa, Iowa. Responsibilities for a LCSW: Support the mental and emotional well-being of individuals, families, and communities in a rural healthcare setting Conduct psychosocial assessments for patients across the lifespan Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions Collaborate closely with primary care providers, nurses, and other behavioral health professionals to ensure coordinated, whole-person care Address a wide range of behavioral health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and adjustment disorders Serve underserved and rural populations with a commitment to equitable care Maintain active LISW licensure in Iowa Apply a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings Utilize strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills in daily practice Benefits for a LCSW: Salary: $60000.00 - $75000.00 Full-service Credentialing and Corporate Travel Team Referral Bonus up to $1,500 Astrya Global Medical Staffing offers 10+ years of staffing experience, 100% domestic support, and is certified by both the Joint Commission and National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations.
