Kid to Kid in Pearland, TX is looking to fill Management Position(s).
Candidate(s) should be highly motivated, sales-oriented, experienced leaders to take our growing business to the next level.
Kid to Kid is a national franchise that buys and sells kids clothing, accessories, equipment, and toys. We are a leader in the industry and our locally owned group is among the top performers in the country. We are looking for people to join our management team that can help us grow.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with building a team (hiring, training, coaching, and terminating)
• Must value Leadership Development & have experience growing a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively
• Ability to provide leadership and inspire people with fun, positive energy
• Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work 40-45 hours a week & on Weekends (no exceptions on weekends)
