Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including physicians, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists, to assess and address the comprehensive needs of clients during their detoxification process.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique circumstances, goals, and challenges.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the most effective care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health resources, coping strategies, and the recovery process.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with health regulations and organizational policies, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Remain informed of best practices, emerging trends, and legal mandates within the social work and mental health fields.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals in a detox center setting who are confronting addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
