Actuarial Business Analyst

Working remotely or in the Worcester office, the full-time Actuarial and Analytics Business Analyst will independently complete actuarial processes, provide quantitative support for product development and financial analysis, and extract and analyze data to develop reports. Key responsibilities Assist in training and mentoring actuarial and analytics talent while analyzing pricing, reserving, and profitability data Prepare and present actuarial findings to management and business partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Design special reports and perform competitive analysis, maintaining documentation for existing processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Experience with actuarial processes and analytics methodologies Proficiency in data extraction and reporting tools Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as ISO and NCCI Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
