About The Role Stewards play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchens by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed, sanitised, and stored properly. Some Of The Responsibilities Include Clean and maintain areas to Hyatt Hotel Canberra Standards, ensuring that all equipment and cleaning schedules are followed Maintain operating equipment in good condition and ensure it is returned to its designated storage place. Count and update glassware and crockery for all outlets Perform general cleaning duties in accordance with procedures for each work station. Cleaning walls in all kitchens, walls in all corridors and centenary kitchen (tables, shelves, sinks) We need your curiosity. We need your innovative spirit. And we need your authentic self.
