You will be performing more involved hose assembly tasks, reading and interpreting work orders, and ensuring assemblies meet our quality and specification standards. Some prior experience working with or building hose assemblies - or in a hands-on manufacturing environment - is expected.You will work as part of a production team, contribute to daily build targets, and be expected to apply your experience to produce consistent, high-quality output with less direct supervision than entry-level roles.What You'll DoAssemble industrial, hydraulic, and/or metal hose assemblies according to customer specifications and work ordersRead and interpret work orders, assembly drawings, and specification sheetsOperate production equipment including crimping machines, cutting equipment, and related toolingPerform quality inspections on finished assemblies to verify dimensions, fittings, and specificationsIdentify and communicate defects or out-of-spec materials to quality or supervisory staffMaintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspaceAccurately complete production logs, traveler documents, and related recordsSupport teammates and participate in cross-training across production areasWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED1+ year of hands-on experience working with hose assemblies, fluid power components, or similar industrial productsAbility to read and interpret work orders, assembly specs, and basic technical drawingsMechanical aptitude and comfort operating production machineryStrong attention to detail - quality matters in everything we buildAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularlyReliable attendance and a team-first attitudeExperience with crimping machines, skiving equipment, or fitting installation is a plusSchedule & CompensationFull-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am to 4:30pmCompetitive hourly wage based on experienceOvertime opportunities availableBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings account (HSA)401(k) with retirement planPaid time off and paid holidaysParental leaveOvertime opportunitiesCareer advancement and growth opportunities across our expanding branch networkTCH Industries is an equal opportunity employer.
