Heat Treat Operator

Machine Operator As a Machine Operator, you'll run and monitor equipment used to make high-performance products for industrial applications. You'll help ensure products meet quality and safety standards in a clean, modern facility. Key Responsibilities Read basic drawings and work instructions to set up jobs correctly Set up and operate heat treat and other production equipment Monitor machines (gauges, dials, controls) to keep processes on track Adjust settings to maintain correct temperature, timing, and performance Load and unload parts and materials Inspect parts to make sure they meet quality standards Identify and report equipment issues or defects Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment Keep your work area clean and organized Work Environment Clean, modern manufacturing facility Hands-on role working with machines and production equipment Safety-first, organized, and team-oriented environment Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, PA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
