La enfermera registrada (RN) proporciona cuidado de enfermería especializado a pacientes en sus hogares bajo la dirección de un médico y de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de la agencia. La RN evalúa las necesidades del paciente, desarrolla planes de atención, administra tratamientos, educa a los pacientes y sus familias, y coordina la atención con el equipo interdisciplinario para garantizar una atención de calidad y confort al paciente. Para los pacientes de hospicio, la RN se enfoca en el manejo del dolor, el control de síntomas, el apoyo emocional y la atención al final de la vida. Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, agacharse, levantar y ayudar a los pacientes. Capacidad para viajar a los hogares de los pacientes. Capacidad para levantar ocasionalmente hasta 50 libras. Entorno de trabajo: hogares de pacientes, instalaciones de hospicio, varios entornos comunitarios. Horario: tiempo completo / medio tiempo / PRN, puede ser necesario un turno de guardia. Calificaciones preferidas: experiencia en documentación OASIS, experiencia en EMR Kinnser/WellSky, preferiblemente bilingüe (inglés/español u otros idiomas). #J-18808-Ljbffr Livingston Manor
