Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity telemetry stepdown care, including post-ICU patient management
• Administer and monitor IV drips and manage stable ventilated patients
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Float to telemetry, telemetry med/surg, and med/surg units as needed
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safe patient ratios

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in an IMC, PCU, or stepdown setting
• Proficiency with Cerner charting
• Ability to manage drips and care for stable vented patients; no vasopressor management required
• Must reside 80 or more miles from the facility
• Ability to work independently in high-acuity, fast-paced environments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience floating to telemetry or med/surg units
• Familiarity with PCT-assisted care models and varying patient ratios
