This role will focus on delivering cybersecurity transformation initiatives, regulatory remediation, and process improvements that strengthen the bank's overall security posture.Recognized as one of the top global employers in 2022, 2023, and 2024.Part of a leading international banking institution with a global presence.Committed to innovation, sustainability, and strengthening cybersecurity practices.Dynamic and growing team with locations across the globe.Plan, coordinate, and execute cybersecurity projects, ensuring governance and timely delivery.Manage a portfolio of cyber projects, including tracking risks, progress, and reporting to stakeholders.Support project delivery through presentations, documentation, and committee preparation.Oversee project governance, documentation quality, and compliance with lifecycles.Collaborate with local, regional, and global counterparts to ensure alignment across initiatives.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 8+ years of professional experience.Background in IT project management, PMO, or information security/governance.Strong knowledge of CyberArk (PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AAM, EPV, PTA) and PAM.Understanding of OS security (Windows, Linux, Unix), cryptography, and network security.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIST and NY DFS.Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior management.Bilingual in English and French; certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are an asset.Opportunity to manage complex cybersecurity transformation initiatives in a global bank.Work with diverse international teams and senior leadership.Dynamic, sustainable, and innovation-driven organizational culture.Professional development in a top-tier financial institution.Located in downtown Montréal with hybrid and flexible work arrangements.
