Senior Healthcare Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time Senior Healthcare Interoperability Analyst will work remotely to design, develop, and implement an AI Patient Health Data Summarization capability while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate complex clinical and technical needs into actionable requirements. Key responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business, technical, and clinical requirements for AI-driven patient health data summarization Analyze C-CDA clinical documents and map clinical information to healthcare interoperability standards Facilitate requirements workshops and serve as a liaison between clinical, business, government, and technical teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT systems Strong experience analyzing clinical data and healthcare interoperability standards, including C-CDA and HL7 Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting complex business, functional, technical, and clinical requirements Experience analyzing healthcare data quality and clinical document structures Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile software development environments
