POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking Controller at the Director level to lead our accounting function through its next stage of growth. With NetSuite now in place as our ERP, this role will own how we get the most out of it: automating the close, strengthening the integrations between NetSuite and the systems that run our studios, and putting AI tools to work so that accounting is faster, more accurate, and built to scale.

The ideal candidate pairs deep technical accounting and control discipline with a builder's mindset. When you see a manual process, your first question is how to eliminate it, not just how to execute it. You will balance strategic ownership of the function with the day-to-day rigor that keeps our numbers right.
