• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather detailed information about clients’ backgrounds, current challenges, and mental health histories, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, focusing on measurable therapeutic goals.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques to facilitate sessions, encouraging clients to explore their emotions and experiences in a safe and open environment.

• Maintain ongoing documentation of client progress through detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, quickly assessing situations and providing immediate support while connecting clients with appropriate resources.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure continuity of care and communicate effectively on client progress and treatment adjustments.

The clients you will serve include individuals grappling with a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
