About the Position

Make a real difference as a travel PTA supporting patients recovering from injuries or illness in a skilled nursing facility in Paulsboro, NJ. You will assist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply and a recruiter will follow up with the details. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required or may be required. Please maintain current certification.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, transfer training, gait training, and use of common durable medical equipment (Gait belts, Hoyer lifts, walkers) preferred.
• Ability to document clearly in electronic medical records and follow established care plans.
