Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM, Four 10-hour shiftsWhy you should apply to be Welding Technician:

What’s a typical day as Welding Technician? You’ll be:

• Fabricating and repairing axles using advanced welding equipment.
• Performing bracket welding and operating robotic weld cells.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure accurate work.
• Conducting minor maintenance on welding equipment.
• Inspecting welds to maintain high quality standards.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Can read blueprints and are able to pass a welding certification test.
• Bring experience with welding equipment and tools (previous certification preferred).
• Are comfortable standing for up to 10 hours per day and performing repetitive movements.
