We are committed to making a positive impact and supporting our staff. The Emergency Department is equipped to handle a high volume of patients. It typically operates with a patient ratio of 4:1, which may increase to 7:1 for behavioral holds. Staffing includes technicians who assist in various areas such as triage and monitoring. This department utilizes advanced equipment and a comprehensive documentation system. Candidates should be prepared to work every other weekend, with scheduling to meet department needs. Floating to different sections within the department may be required. Patients can expect respectful behavior and a focus on their experience throughout their visit.
