RN Weekend SupervisorAre you an experienced RN looking for a flexible leadership opportunity without committing to every weekend?Cypress at Lake Providence is hiring a Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support every other weekend.Flexible Weekend ScheduleEvery other weekendWork 8.5 hours each weekendCreate your own schedule based on your availabilityHours can be scheduled anytime between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PMGreat opportunity for an RN looking for additional hours, leadership experience, or a flexible weekend roleResponsibilitiesProvide clinical supervision and support to nursing staffMonitor resident care and respond to changes in conditionProvide guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAsEnsure nursing services are delivered according to established standardsCommunicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary teamAssist with clinical decision-making and address weekend concernsEnsure accurate and timely clinical documentationPromote compliance with facility policies, regulations, and nursing standardsServe as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing teamQualificationsCurrent, unrestricted Louisiana RN licenseSkilled nursing or long-term care experience preferredPrevious charge nurse or supervisory experience preferredStrong clinical assessment and leadership skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsReliable and able to work independentlyEnjoy the flexibility to choose your own weekend hours while making a difference in the lives of our residents.Apply today to join the team at Lake Providence Nursing & Rehab!
