2nd Shift Supervisor

Location: 1550 Page Industrial Ct, St. Louis, MO 63132
Employment Type: Full-Time 
Salary: $60K- $70K
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (6-day work week)

What You’ll Do

• Ensures all operations procedures are followed safely and effectively, identifies, and recommends needed changes to Manager on the standardized processes for the functional area.
• Guide workers in daily operations, and monitors to ensure a high degree of productivity, safety, service, and quality.
• Resolves workers relations issues that arise in assigned functional area.
• Monitor dock operation to ensure on time delivery of all customer orders with accuracy and quality.
• Responsible for safety throughout warehouse floor. Instill “safety first” mindset within group.
• Follow warehouse schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Evaluate warehouse needs for daily assignment of duties, adjustment resources as required.
• Oversee warehouse sanitation
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

• Able to lead a team with aa focus on Logistics and Dock operations
• Minimum of a 5 years of experience in a warehouse
• Minimum of 5 years of inventory experience
• Minimum of 5year of using forklift effectively and safely
• Able to stand/walk 70% of the day, including up/downstairs
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong presence on warehouse floor to continuously drive improvements
• Able work in temperatures as cold as -30 degrees Fahrenheit

Physical Requirements: The physical requirements is that you must be able to carry, lift and/or move up to 60-80 pounds
