Responsibilities

• Safely operate electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Position forks, lifting platforms, or other lifting devices to move products or materials.
• Unload and stack materials, replenishing shelves based on product tags.
• Inventory materials and stock shelves as needed.
• Load and unload materials onto or off pallets and skids.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain regular attendance.
• Take personal responsibility for following safety rules and guidelines.
• Be willing and capable of cross-training in other facility departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensed to operate lift equipment (training provided).
• 3 months experience operating High Reach Fork Lift equipment.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and perform basic math.
• Ability to respond to verbal and written instructions in basic English.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to maneuver a pallet jack with loads up to 1200 lbs.

Preferences

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
