Job Description Are you an experienced Food & Beverage professional who enjoys leading from the front? Join our team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and help deliver great food, outstanding service, and memorable guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced hospitality environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting daily operations across a variety of food and beverage concepts, which may include restaurants, quick-service outlets, food trucks, mobile food operations, markets, and other resort dining venues. What You'll Do As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll work alongside your team while helping ensure smooth operations, outstanding guest service, and a positive team culture. Responsibilities include: Lead, coach, and support Food & Beverage team members Assist with daily restaurant, quick-service, and food truck operations Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality Support food preparation, service execution, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management Manage inventory levels, food ordering, and product controls Train and develop team members to support performance and growth Help drive operational excellence and financial performance Qualifications What We're Looking For To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in food service, restaurant, hospitality, quick-service, food truck, or related operations Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Must be able to lift, pull, push 50 pds and stand on your feet for extended periods of time ServSafe or Food Safety Certification preferred (or as required by local regulations) Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred Strong guest service and communication skills Experience with food preparation, cashiering, inventory, or restaurant operations preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment If you're passionate about hospitality, food service, guest satisfaction, and team leadership, we'd love to meet you.
