Senior DFT EngineerMoTek Technologies has an immediate opening for a Senior DFT Engineer:The ideal candiate will be responsible for DFT flows and implementation
Run RTL, gate, and gate with SDF simulations to confirm correct functionality of DFT logic.
Generate ATPG vectors, bring-up and debug patterns, resolve test pattern and coverage issues, support test engineering and operations through qualification, burn-in, and production
Support failure analysis and fault isolation of pattern failures
ATPG methodology, Silicon bringup, and process yield rampMust HavesBSEE required, MSEE preferred
5+ years of experience in DFT, design, or ATE fields
Strong programming skills in C, Perl or other scripting languages
Inserting, testing, and using DFT logic functions (JTAG, BIST, mBIST, scan, boundary scan, ATPG)
