Account Manager:

• Managing and building business relationships with new and existing customers throughout the country. Focusing on customer relations, project proposals, execution, forecasting, and revenue growth throughout all facets of our business 

Reporting Relationship:

 

• Reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing

Requirements:

 

• Technical domain knowledge sufficient to perform responsibilities, safely and professionally. 
• Tiger Paw mastery of applicable modules
• Baseline certifications for solution offerings
• College degree (preferred) or applicable technical Associates degree. Prior experience may be substituted at the supervisor’s discretion. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

• Customer, partner, and distribution relationships 
• Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to client concerns and needs. 
• Project proposals and deliverables 
• Forecasting of backlog 
• Clearly communicate progress with eternal stakeholder 
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. 
• Year-over-year increase in customer satisfaction measured by positive feedback from customers’ date familiarity with new and existing products and services. 
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client’s needs and fulfillment. 

• Provide up-to-date expense reports at the culmination of every week.
• Maintain a worksheet of ongoing tasks, quotes, issues, resolutions, and opportunities
• Consistently update Outlook Calendar to provide accurate availability. 
• Adjusting hours of work, priorities, and staff assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload. 

Performance Measurements:

• Management of customer worksheet 
• Direct customer feedback
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously. 
• Expand opportunities in the existing customer base. 
• New business opportunities 
• Adherence to Timesheet and expense report policies 
• Up-to-date notes and lead opportunities in Tiger Paw 
• Minimum customer satisfaction rating to be.
