What You’ll Do As our Store Manager, you’ll run the show—balancing leadership, operations, and customer care. Lead & Grow Your Team: Recruit, train, and coach employees to deliver outstanding service. Drive Store Success: Analyze sales, manage inventory, and implement strategies to maximize performance. Create a Great Experience: Keep your store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Support Customers: Resolve issues with professionalism and build lasting loyalty. What You Bring 5+ years of retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager). Strong communication, team‑building, and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast‑paced settings. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required).
