WORK ORDER COORDINATOR

Red Facility Solutions is a commercial facility maintenance company supporting clients nationwide. We are looking for an organized, positive, and solution-oriented Work Order Coordinator. This position serves as the main liaison between our clients and field technicians, coordinating work orders from dispatch through completion. Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor work orders from assignment through completion Communicate with clients and technicians regarding scheduling, job status, and required updates Follow up on delays, incomplete work, and outstanding information Maintain accurate work-order notes, records, and documentation Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications Build and maintain strong client relationships Provide exceptional day-to-day client service Manage multiple work orders and priorities while maintaining close attention to detail Assist with resolving issues and escalating concerns when necessary Perform data entry and general administrative duties Qualifications: Positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer service, dispatching, or work-order coordination experience is preferred Strong computer and data-entry skills Reliable attendance and the ability to work in the office daily Compensation is based on experience. This is a fully in-office position and is not remote. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview.
