Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling strategies to build rapport and identify sales opportunities
• Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track leads, and manage customer information efficiently
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales technology adoption, including sales automation tools and CRM systems, to streamline outreach and follow-up processes
• Negotiate terms with clients effectively, aiming to close deals while maintaining positive relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and improve overall call center performance
• Provide excellent customer service during calls by actively listening, addressing questions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients
• Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales environments, especially within B2B markets
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer data and tracking sales activities
• Experience with inside sales, telemarketing, and outbound calling techniques in a call center setting
• Knowledge of sales automation technologies and sales technology adoption strategies
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and technical details
• Demonstrated success in deal closing, customer engagement, and business development efforts
• Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud solutions and CRM system proficiency for efficient workflow management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude during high-volume call periods
