Job Description: Food Runner

- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table promptly
- Ensure that all food items are presented correctly and in a visually appealing manner
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and complete
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent service by greeting members and guests by name.
- Consistently comply with state, local, and club laws/policies relating to the service of alcohol.
- Ensure adequate supplies and stock are maintained in the server station.
- Follow and complete opening and closing checklists for assigned areas including daily and weekly cleaning duties.
- Report comments or complaints to a manager on duty as they occur.
- Maintain and clean equipment, and keep all areas clean and organized.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
- Ability to carry multiple plates and trays at once

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic knowledge of liquors, beer, and wine.
- Available to work at least 3 shifts a week including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Attention to detail including excellent memory for names and faces.
- Punctual and professional in manner and appearance.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous serving experience preferred.
- Hourly wage is $16.82.
