Join us as a Sales Executive to spearhead revenue growth across North America for a leading design and build company. Focus on managing qualified opportunities, leading consultative sales processes, and delivering high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle, focusing on closing qualified opportunities.
• Serve as the primary client contact during pre-sales and early project stages.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and project scope.
• Develop and present detailed proposals, collaborating with internal teams.
• Coordinate resources to deliver cohesive, high-quality client solutions.
• Drive opportunities through the pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and discussions.
• Support ongoing account relationships post-sale for a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in closing roles within consultative, project-based sales.
• Proven track record managing long, complex sales cycles.
• Experience in industries such as construction, design/build, or experiential.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex deals.
• Experience developing proposals and solution-based presentations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.

Work Environment

• Initially based onsite in Columbus, Ohio, with travel across the U.S.
• Increased flexibility as you ramp into the role.
