Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective recovery. Deliver compassionate, skilled interventions aligned with patient needs and clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Possess excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and patient advocacy abilities.
