Registered Nurse — Home Health Location: Indiana, PA Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $42–$46 pay per visit | $10,000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly) About the Role A growing home health organization in Western Pennsylvania is hiring full-time Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This is a flexible, community-based role with a strong onboarding program, real schedule flexibility, and a $10K bonus for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in your assigned territory Develop and manage individualized patient care plans alongside the clinical team Complete documentation using electronic medical records (HomeCare HomeBase) Travel locally to patient homes within your service area (mileage reimbursement provided) Manage one on-call shift per week (5p–10p) and one weekend per month Qualifications Active RN license in the State of Pennsylvania Associate degree or higher in Nursing Minimum 1 year of RN experience — Med/Surg, Telemetry, or ER backgrounds preferred BLS/AHA certification (assistance available if needed) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance Home health experience a plus — not required Additional Information $10,000 sign-on bonus paid out quarterly Full benefits — Health, Dental, and Vision Mileage reimbursement for all patient travel Flexible Monday–Friday schedule — no long shifts Comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program Career growth tools and professional development support #J-18808-Ljbffr
