Shift: Nights (7:00 pm - 7:30 am) including weekends and holidays - Full-time (72 hours per pay period) + Benefit-eligible

Compensation: Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-specific requirements, individual experience, internal pay equity, and organizational needs/budget considerations, all in alignment with our RML's compensation philosophy. Summary: Join our team to provide individualized nursing care for adults and geriatric patients under the direction of the Nursing Director/Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care with respect, excellence, and concern.
• Manage overall care of assigned patients.
• Respond to physician orders and perform clinical assessments.
• Document patient progress and provide thorough shift reports.
• Work collaboratively with PCTs and Respiratory Therapists.
• Supervise LPNs and PCTs.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
• Participate in quality improvement and educational activities.

Requirements:

• Skills and Abilities:
• Analytical skills for patient assessment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability for standing, walking, and lifting patients.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork and technical skills.
• Experience:
• Recent hospital experience preferred.
• Experience with ventilators, wound care, or critical care.
• Certifications:
• Nursing diploma, AA, AS, or Bachelor's degree.
• Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
