Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Cleburne, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to retail location clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading areas, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and security-related concerns to site management.
• Maintain required reports and documentation regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
