Technical Support Specialist

This is a remote opportunity based in Arizona. You will troubleshoot account access, software, and connectivity issues, document solutions, and work with experienced support colleagues. Training is provided; clear communication, curiosity, and a helpful approach are essential.

Annual salary: $48,740–$64,987.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests through email, chat, and support tickets
• Troubleshoot login, password, software, and basic connectivity issues
• Guide users through clear, step-by-step solutions
• Record symptoms, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex problems with complete notes to the appropriate team
• Assist with application setup and user access requests
• Follow data privacy, security, and service procedures
• Contribute useful solutions to support documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interest in IT support and troubleshooting; professional experience is not required
• Clear written communication and patient customer service
• Familiarity with email, web browsers, and common office applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
• Ability to learn ticketing systems and new software
• Ability to organize multiple requests and work independently
