About the Opportunity
ProSearch is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Software Asset Management Analyst who will play a key role in maintaining software compliance, improving asset visibility, and supporting enterprise application lifecycle processes. This position offers a blend of hybrid flexibility with required on-site collaboration near Westbrook, Maine. Key Responsibilities

• Review end user software application requests to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and policies
• Manage and respond to ServiceNow ITSM tickets related to software requests, licensing, access, and SAM inquiries
• Support software governance processes including intake, evaluation, and routing of new applications
• Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of the enterprise software catalog
• Assist in improving software asset management processes, tools, and operational workflows
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant handling of software requests and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in software asset management, IT service management, or IT operations
• Hands on experience with ServiceNow ITSM or similar ticketing platforms
• Exposure to software governance, application portfolio management, or IT asset management frameworks
• Understanding of software licensing, contracts, and entitlements
• Strong analytical and data validation skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and end users effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross functional teams

Schedule and Work Environment

• Full time, 40 hours per week
• Standard East Coast hours such as 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
• Hybrid model with a minimum of 8 on site days per month in Westbrook, Maine
