Integrated Marketing Program Manager

To support a B2B tech company's thought leadership initiatives, the freelance Integrated Marketing Program Manager will manage cross-functional project timelines and communications for integrated marketing activation plans while working remotely on a full-time basis. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans and asset trackers for integrated marketing work streams Coordinate inputs and manage communications among team leaders across various departments Oversee the review process for creative deliverables and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders Required qualifications: Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management within integrated marketing Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Adobe Workfront, Airtable, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Strong understanding of integrated marketing processes and milestones Experience in B2B brands and ability to adapt in hypergrowth environments Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
