Controller - Healthcare

We are looking for a hands‑on, healthcare Accounting professional to partner closely with the CFO, Budget & FP&A Manager and the senior leadership of our growing healthcare organization providing executive‑level oversight including alignment between accounting records and financial reporting, all while enjoying the outdoor lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest! Active CPA license required. At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with FQHC or healthcare required. Strong knowledge of nonprofit healthcare accounting and fund accounting principles. Experience with leading month‑end close and annual audit processes, preparing financial materials, designing internal control systems and developing strong accounting teams. Proficiency with accounting systems (MIP preferred). Proven ability to successfully lead accounting teams through growth.
